This project came to me as a need for repairs as the client wanted to sell the home and get top dollar.

One of the biggest turn offs was the second floor pond that sat just outside the master bedroom and study.  We rebuilt the entire floor system and created proper slope to drain efficiently.  We also replaced the sky-lite with a current system and lifting it so the snow and Ice wouldn’t be an issue in the future.  All of the soffit, fascia and eaves trough around the entire home were replaced and we painted all of the remaining wood windows and siding. Many other items were taken care of surrounding the house Iron fence work and some cedar ceilings, some attic work and other odds and ends to make perfect for an easy sale.
