I’ve completed many projects for these clients in their previous houses, in purchasing this home there were many elements that needed attention. 

Their back yard would flood due to lack of drainage which we corrected prior to building a huge parking lot that would be the envy of almost anyone I know. Many odd jobs were completed throughout the home including some trim work and sound proofing a bedroom in the basement from the sounds of the main floor. 

When the front porch finally stopped keeping the water out, we came in and provided a water proofing solution, flushing out a plugged weeper system, foundation wrap and water proofing the concrete slab which was the front porch.  After the excavations were completed we provided a beautiful front entrance with treated lumber and metal railing system.
