Pirie Dr., Dundas - Safety Compliance Deck

This project came to me with clients who were is a small panic.  The city safety compliance officer had just issued an unsafe structure citation and order to comply. 

Not knowing what to do or how to handle this in a timeline that was required they came to me for some help.  We removed the deck and secured the doorways (for safety) designed and new more efficient deck layout and provided a beautiful solution to an otherwise tense situation.  We also provided som landscaping solutions as there was problems with standing water and provided a nice patio to enjoy out of the sun.
