Vinehaven Trail - Vineland

This was another project I thoroughly enjoyed as was simple in terms of construction but still presented many opportunities to express creative design to build solutions that couldn’t easily be drawn.

Mid project I was asked to create a solution to cover the front porch and as we were replacing the entire roof, now was the best time to add this on as well as create a solution for a retaining wall and steps down to their existing deck and backyard. Moving into the kitchen we found some surprises, beams that had been hacked apart and were hanging by the roof rafters, entire areas with no insulation at all and plumbing vent pipes that were not connected and/or improper pipes used. We fixed all of this up, patched the ceilings and walls, new paint and installed a stunning new kitchen and counter tops.
