Our experience with Kevin from PCS Postma was excellent during our backyard renovation/pool installation. We have engaged all of the POSTMA CONSTRUCTION FAMILY in doing construction and renovations for us for almost 40 years. Kevin has worked on our projects back to his high school days , when he would assist his dad and brother with various stages of development. We sent Kevin to work on units at The Ancaster Mews Condominium on Wilson Street West, with full confidence that the job would be completed in the traditional POSTMA fashion (Top Notch). He has worked on 401 Wilson Street East, during the addition of a second floor back in 1989 as well as rebuilding the main floor offices and retail units. At 311 Wilson Street East, he has done extensive renovations in the apartments as well as the various offices. Our personal home on Montgomery Drive, has seen Kevin, build and alter most of the house. He has built new bathrooms, a new kitchen as well as create an open concept to the stairway as well as the family rooms.

This past summer, my wife and I decided to landscape our backyard. Kevin was referred to us by our landscaper to build a pool cabana and upon meeting him, I immediately felt comfortable giving him the job. Kevin and his team were very knowledgeable - often providing options tailored to our preferences for how to finish the Cabana. He was resourceful - having various trades and connections on standby for sourcing additional elements that we decided to incorporate into the structure. He was always on time and there were clear lines of communication so we were never left wondering what was going on. Most importantly, I felt I could trust him with completing the job to our high standards. We are very pleased with the end result and will certainly be using Kevin for other projects in the future.

Kevin's work, both process and product, exceeded expectations. Throughout all his work, from start to finish, he never needed to deviate from the original quote; there were neither financial surprises nor surcharges at the end. Throughout the whole process of rebuilding our ensuite bathroom, there was very little disruption to our living space. The installation process itself was issue-free, methodical and within the quoted time-frame. The final product was, in a word, stellar. The bathroom had been completely gutted and rebuilt; then, from fixture installation to wall painting, every aspect of the finished job was amazing. We highly recommend Kevin's work. He never disappointed!
