  This was a challenging project as this space had been modified multiple times over the years. Originally was a tight, closed entryway with closets and doors (no natural light and small) removing the walls opened the space right up to introduce the windows to the front entry.

  This is a recent project, bathroom deeply in need of renovation. Rot around shower tub in walls, ceiling and floor was about to take over. We expanded the shower area by stealing some unused/unusable space from the bedroom behind, some custom hand built drawer cabinetry (in wall) 3-4 week turn over, turned out fantastic.

  We have done a lot of work for these clients including landscape work (including lighting) and maintenance, annual roof inspections and trough maintenance. Three bathrooms have been rejuvenated as well as the laundry room. We have plans for many more projects here.

  This little custom cabinet came out of my clients frustration with trying to find something that would replace a pedestal sink, as storage was desired) but fit into a very tight space. Shopping for a prefabricated cabinet led them to find that there was very little that would meet their desired quality.

  After having explained the difference in cost from re-facing or going new and how the percentage in value wasn’t substantial, the idea of pouring a large amount into re-facing the old kitchen and still being left with old cabinetry that doesn’t function properly, poor storage, very limited electrically and tight design, It was decided to remove the old and design new.

  Montgomery - Kitchen Remodel

  I was asked to be involved with a renovation they were doing in their home including remodeling the kitchen. I was to take care of the behind wall aspects of the kitchen (moving services, patching exposed tiled floor areas) as well as the backsplash. When it was time to complete the kitchen install, the manufacturer was under staffed and approached me to complete the install for them.

  Tollgate, Ancaster - Living Space

  Sound would pass thought the exterior walls of this house almost as if the walls didn’t exist. We used different sound proofing compounds, wraps and drywall on the exterior walls making the sound penetration virtually disappear.
